JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Daily preparation and production of breads and pastries

  • Handle heavy loading, mixing, packing of ingredients and finished product

  • Decorate and prepare garnishes for baked goods

  • Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products

  • Pack baked goods for delivery timely

  • Maintain inventory and storage in a well-organized manner

  • Ensure BOH areas are clean and tidy at all times

  • Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in baking process
