Job Responsibilities
Daily preparation and production of breads and pastries
Handle heavy loading, mixing, packing of ingredients and finished product
Decorate and prepare garnishes for baked goods
Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
Pack baked goods for delivery timely
Maintain inventory and storage in a well-organized manner
Ensure BOH areas are clean and tidy at all times
Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in baking process
